Dear Dora,

I have a friend who needs more help than I think I can give her. I feel really bad but I don't know what to say sometimes and I'm worried that I'm not helping her. She went through a really bad thing and she's OK now, but she's still dealing with it emotionally. Her parents sent her to a therapist and she only went once and then they gave up. So what should I do?
