What do crawfish and skiing have in common? Not a whole lot, really. It's just that the end of the Taos ski season happens to coincide with the peak of Louisiana crawfish season.

To celebrate those two events, the Old Blinking Light Restaurant and Bar will be hosting its ninth annual Crawfish Boil, Saturday (April 3) starting at noon. A party for the whole family, the bash will include an all-you-can-eat buffet of traditional Louisiana fare, special beverages, games, free beads and, of course, superb music. Once it starts, the party goes "until we close," as they say.
