Summary
There are many elements regarding quality. If we read all of the books about quality we could probably identify far more than seven, maybe close to a hundred. In this article, I'll start with some of the more basic and common elements. There will be more to come within the series.
A common focus: Quality demands a common understanding and consistency of focus. It starts with the product or service provider having a common understanding of what quality means to the customer.
