A report released Monday (April 6) ranked New Mexico as one of the 10 worst states for children's quality of life.
The study, conducted by Duke University, was commissioned to document improvements individual states have made in child well- being from 2000 to 2005 based on certain indicators like teen pregnancy rates, drop out rates, infant mortality rates, poverty rates, teen death rates and children in single-parent families.See the full content of this document
